To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both of us, please review the following policies: Come Prepared: Please arrive with your hair clean and tangle-free. If detangling is needed, an additional fee may apply, or your appointment may be rescheduled. Guest Policy: Since I work from home, please limit additional guests to a maximum of two (such as parents, guardians, or your ride). Food & Drinks: You’re welcome to bring snacks and drinks to enjoy during your appointment. Positive Vibes Only: Let’s keep the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable! Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to book an appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that life happens and plans can change! To ensure a smooth experience for both of us, please review my cancellation and rescheduling guidelines: ✅ More Than 24 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, there is no charge—just let me know as soon as possible! ⚠️ Within 24 Hours of Your Appointment: If you cancel or reschedule between 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment, a 25% fee of the session price will apply. ⏳ Last-Minute Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule less than 1 hour before your appointment, or if you don’t show up, a 50% fee of the session price will be charged.
