***Appointment Policies Thank you for trusting me to bring your hair dreams to life! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both of us, please review the following policies before booking your appointment. *Come Prepared- Please arrive with your hair clean and thoroughly detangled. If additional detangling is required, an extra fee may be added to your service, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. *Lateness: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee. Appointments may be canceled after 15 minutes of lateness, and a no-show fee may be charged to the card on file *Guest Policy: As I operate from my home, please limit guests to a maximum of two people (such as a parent, guardian, or ride). *Food & Drinks: Feel free to bring snacks and drinks to enjoy during your appointment. However, you are responsible for cleaning up any messes made by you or your guests. *Positive Vibes Only: I strive to maintain a relaxed, welcoming, and respectful environment. Disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to cancel any appointment at my discretion. If an appointment is canceled due to inappropriate behavior, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded. *Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 16 years old to book an appointment. *Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: I understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure fairness and allow opportunities for other clients to book, please review the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines: More Than 48 Hours' Notice- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, there is no charge. Please notify me as soon as possible. 24–48 Hours' Notice- If you cancel or reschedule between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment, 25% of your appointment total will be due and may be charged to the card on file. Less Than 24 Hours' Notice, No-Shows, or Same-Day Changes- If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, arrive excessively late, or fail to show up for your appointment, 50% of your appointment total will be due and may be charged to the card on file.
